Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions shall apply to all services and govern the sale of eSIMs by ITpro360.tech as TravelSim365, hereafter referred to ("Seller") to the purchaser ("Buyer"). By using this website and purchasing an eSIM from Seller, Buyer agrees to the following terms:

  1. eSIM Purchase
    Buyer agrees to purchase the eSIM product(s) from Seller as specified on the website. Seller reserves the right to limit the quantity of eSIMs sold to any customer or geographic region.


  2. eSIM Activation
    2.1 Buyer acknowledges that activation of the eSIM is subject to the requirements of their mobile device and carrier.

    2.2 Seller does not guarantee the compatibility of the eSIM with any mobile device or carrier.

    2.3 It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their device is eSIM compatible, carrier-unlocked and with all necessary hardwares required to activate an eSIM are fully functional.


  3. Payment
    3.1 Buyer agrees to pay the full amount specified on the website for the eSIM product(s), including any applicable taxes. All payments displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes, unless specified otherwise.

    3.2 Payment for all Travelsim365 services is made through our payment gateway partner, Stripe. For full terms and conditions of their service, please visit https://stripe.com/en-sg/legal/ssa/

  4. Delivery
    Seller will deliver the eSIM product(s) through the email address specified by Buyer at the time of purchase. Seller will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the eSIM product(s) purchased within 1 business day following receipt of payment.


  5. Refunds and Cancellations
    5.1 A refund request can be made if activation is not possible due to TravelSim365 fault and following extensive troubleshooting from Flash Global SIM. During troubleshooting, it is imperative that Buyer is cooperative to follow troubleshooting steps provided by Seller, otherwise the refund may not be granted.

    5.2 Once Buyer activates and installs an eSIM, it will be considered as used. No refunds of any form will be offered even if no data has been consumed.

    5.3 Once Buyer activates and installs an eSIM, the validity period of the eSIM starts. No refunds will be offered for unused data when the eSIM has expired past the validity period.

    5.4 Seller reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is any evidence of fraud or any violation of our terms and conditions.

    5.5 Other grounds of refunds will be investigated and approved on a case-by-case basis.

    5.6 The maximum refund a Seller can approve must be equal or less than the total amount the Buyer paid to the Seller.


  6. Intellectual Property
    Buyer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the eSIM product(s), including any trademarks, copyrights, or patents, are the property of Seller or its licensors. Buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or modify the eSIM product(s) without the express written consent of Seller.


  7. Limitation of Liability
    Seller's liability to Buyer under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by Buyer for the eSIM product(s). Seller will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the eSIM product(s).


  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Seller is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.


  9. Modification
    Seller reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the modified terms and conditions on the website. The modified terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting, and Buyer's continued use of the website or purchase of eSIM product(s) following such posting will constitute Buyer's acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
